Guns, tanks and planes were the main weapons of World War II, but there were other forms of warfare as well. Posters and films waged a constant battle for the hearts and minds of simple citizents. Propaganda came to raise public hate towards the enemy, simple citizents were to hate their country's enemy so they would support the warfare. All governments launched agressive campains and each country's artists, writers and filmmakers became warriors on that front.
